Thinking about how to get ripped abs fast is one thing but actually trying to get them yourself is another thing entirely.
There is so much more than doing basic stomach exercises to getting a six pack that you can see. You need to be really focussed and determined to make it happen. You need to have a low fat diet and be burning off any excess fat on your body. This is because you will never see your six pack if you have a layer of fat covering it up.
The key is to lower your body fat percentage levels to less than 15% and if possible closer to 10% or less. So this is going to take some serious dedication and planning.
So where do you begin?
The crucial thing to lower your body fat percentage so you can get ripped abs is to know your calories. You need to know how many you are consuming each day and how many you are burning off so that you can work out how to burn more than you are consuming.
To burn a whole pound of fat takes on average 3500 calories of exercise. So if you can burn off 3500 calories, you would be losing about a pound of fat.
So set yourself some goals and work out a calorie chart so you know what you are eating and how much you are burning off. If you want to lose a pound a week, then you’ll need to be burning 3500 more calories a week than you are consuming.
Work it all out and write it down. Memorize it and stick to every single part of it. That is the only way you will stay dedicated to it and actually get ripped abs you will be proud of.
