An Effective Exercise for Abs Building

It’s one of the most admired features on a person’s body but also one of the hardest to obtain. Yes, we’re talking about six pack abs. As anyone who has a nice six pack will tell you, it takes a lot of hard work and effort to get them. You cannot just do sit ups in your home and expect to get them in 30 days. They need training effectively and you also need to lose that annoying layer of fat that covers them up all the time!
One of the most effective exercises for abs building is the crunch. The great thing about the crunch is that there are many different variations of it. Everyone knows the standard sit up crunch where you lie flat on your back and lift up your upper body then lower it again. But there are other forms of crunch that will work other areas of your abs, such as the lower abs, upper abs and the obliques. In order to get a full six pack, you’re going to have to work each area separately and effectively.
You can do this by exercising each area on a different day. This means you can concentrate solely on the area and it will lead to extra muscle mass and toning. So try using a combination of the crunch in each routine, such as the bicycle crunch, the leg lift crunch and the V up crunch. These will work each area and give proportion to your abs.
You will also need to incorporate high protein and low fat into your diet. This will allow you to start burning away the fat around your stomach and this alone can sometimes be enough to make your abs shine through.
