Ab Excercises for Women

Most people will say that they admire someone with six pack abs. Those that don’t are often the people who cannot get them themselves and are just jealous. But they won’t admit it in public! They are not just admired on men either, women love to have abs that you can actually see, rather than just a slim stomach area.
If you are someone who wants to build your own set of abs, then here are some ab exercises for women that will really help you to get them quicker.
Working With Your Exercise Ball – They are a common item that you will find in most health and fitness stores but exercise balls, or Ab balls, are a fantastic way to get six pack abs without doing hundreds of sit ups. There are various exercises you can perform on them but even just lying on them and stabling yourself will help to strengthen up your core muscles.
All fitness trainers will tell you that having a strong core is one of the best things you can have. It allows you to train harder and gives you more stamina for exercising for longer.
A popular exercise is the standard crunch but performed on the exercise ball. This is far more effective than a normal crunch because you are keeping your balance, thus using more muscles than a normal crunch.
Another thing to realise is that exercising is not enough to get six pack abs. You need to make sure you don’t have a lot of fat around your stomach area. Otherwise no one will be able to see your abs even if you have some!
So try and eat a healthy diet, do abs exercises regularly and also do cardio fitness training and you’ll be able to lose the fat around your stomach and build your muscles at the same time.
