4 Pack Abs

So you have 4 pack abs and want to turn them into 6 pack abs right? It can be such a frustrating thing to try and do but don’t give up hope as with the right exercises and diet, we’ll soon get those extra 2 abs showing proudly in your mid-section.

If you have a 4 pack, then you will be missing either the top 2 or the bottom 2. So whichever you are missing, you are going to have to start working either the upper abs or the lower abs. You will need to find exercises that are specific to those areas and combine them into your workout routine.

Try varying your exercises during each routine too. Your body can get used to the same exercises if you just keep repeating them but by varying your exercises it will shock your body into taking action. A good combination of crunches, leg raises, bicycle crunches, incline sit ups and regular sit ups will work your upper and lower abs.

Next you need to look at your diet if your want to transform your 4 pack abs into 6 pack abs. You need to lose as much fat as you can from around your stomach area. This can be done by exercising and eating the right diet. You should be aiming to eat a lot of protein which you’ll find in lean meats, nuts, whole wheat bread and a small amount of cheese. You should eat a mid amount of carbs and cut down your fat intake too.

Drink copious amounts of water each day to keep hydrated and it really won’t take long to see a full set of abs.
