10 Pack Abs

June 7, 2009 by admin

It can often be just down to genetics but many people look like they have 10 pack abs. Of course, it is only really possible to have an 8 pack and most commonly the 6 pack abs.

Everyone has heard of six pack abs but not many people actually manage to get them themselves. This is because it does take quite a lot of work and effort to get them. You must commit to working out daily and also having a well balanced diet. You’ll also have to combine various workouts that are effective for your upper and lower abs. You’ll need to work both of them to develop the six pack look.

Here are some tips to help you get not 10 pack abs but certainly six pack abs:

1. Concentrated Reps

Some people think that the more reps you can do, the bigger your six pack will become. But really you need to focus on slow, concentrated reps rather than fast ones. Cut down the amount of reps you do but do them slower and more focussed.

2. Vary Your Exercises

To get a six pack you can see, you will need to include exercises that work the lower abs, the upper abs and the obliques. By training them all separately, it will give better definition all round.

3. Speed Up Your Rest Times Between Sets

This is common practice for having a more effective workout routine. Where you would normally rest for a few minutes between sets, cut this to 30-40 seconds. This works the muscles even harder and results should come easier.

So you might not be able to get 10 pack abs but by following these tips it should help you get six pack abs quicker then you ever thought possible.
